These terms govern use of the Forward Biased website, FB Command, client portals, assessments, and related services. A signed service agreement controls any conflict involving paid managed services.

Platform use

You agree to provide accurate information, protect private portal links and account credentials, and use the platform only for authorized business purposes. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Assessments and recommendations

Technology Health Assessment results are informational and based on the answers submitted. They are not a guarantee of security, compliance, availability, or future performance.

Subscriptions

Plan pricing is a starting estimate until scope is confirmed. Recurring subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, service levels, and included work are governed by the applicable order form or service agreement.

Availability and liability

We work to keep services reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited according to the signed service agreement.

Changes

These terms may be updated as services evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
